Aviation sourcing intelligence
Know the part.
Find the source.
Research aviation parts, uncover supporting evidence, identify relevant suppliers, and prepare targeted RFQs from one intelligent workspace.
Private beta, by invitation. Every claim shows its evidence and what it does not establish.
- FAA airworthiness directives, from the Federal Register
- FAA Service Difficulty Reports, 2017 to 2026
- DLA PUB LOG / FLIS reference data, loading for the beta
- Your organization’s own records, never shared with anyone else
One workspace, five steps
From an unfamiliar part number to a sourcing plan.
Tarmiq is a research workbench, not a chatbot. Each step builds on evidence you can inspect.
- Working in the private beta
Step 1: Know the part
Paste a part number and get a dossier of what public reference data says about it, with what you typed preserved exactly.
- Working in the private beta
Step 2: Verify the evidence
Every claim shows its source, date and strength, and what it does not establish. Conflicts are shown, not smoothed over.
- Working in the private beta
Step 3: Find the right relationships
See which suppliers and contacts may be relevant to a part, with reasons you can read.
- Working in the private beta
Step 4: Prepare the RFQ
One targeted draft per supplier. A person reviews every draft and sends it from their own email.

Step 5: Remember what your organization learns
Quotes, conversations and outcomes become your organization’s own memory, visible only to the audience you choose.
We are open about where the beta is today. See each step in more depth.
The workbench
Claim first. Evidence one click away.
Every material claim shows its source, its date and how strongly it is supported. Nothing is labelled “verified” by a model, and Tarmiq says so when the evidence runs out.

RFQ drafts
In developmentOne draft per supplier. A person reviews each one and sends it from their own email. Tarmiq never sends.
Evidence model
Shows what the evidence does and does not establish.
A shared NSN is not proof of interchangeability. A reference association is not an FAA-approved alternative. Tarmiq keeps those distinctions in the data. Code decides the status of every claim, never model prose, and “unknown” is always an acceptable answer.
- Authoritative source A primary source, such as a DLA reference record or an FAA document, states it. Tarmiq records the edition and date. This is not an approval of the part.
- Corroborated Two or more independent sources agree.
- Candidate Proposed by research. It stays a candidate until a person accepts it for their organization.
- Contradicted A source disagrees. Tarmiq shows the conflict instead of picking a winner.
Data principles
Your sourcing knowledge stays yours.
Isolated in the database
Each organization is a tenant, enforced in the application and again by row-level security in the database itself.
Private means private
Memory is private, team or organization-wide, as the person recording it chooses. Admins cannot read private memory in ordinary use.
People send email, not software
Tarmiq prepares drafts. Nothing is sent to a supplier unless a person explicitly sends it.
The full list is on the security page.
